Welcome to LER

Rich launched Leadership Education Resources™from a desire to share the experience gained from creating, administering, and teaching leadership and character education. He believes that positive leadership springs from solid character built in equal part from nature, nurture, and mindset. Rich created a Leadership Curriculum for grades 1-9 which he taught and administered. The curriculum trains students in character and leadership skills incrementally and in chronological sequence timed to child development. The curriculum advances the fundamental life skills of spirituality, emotional intelligence, and ethics, while appropriately introducing choices and decisions, empathy, social skills and individual and group leadership skills. Rich offers consultation and directional programming for schools and organizations desiring to create education programs for character and leadership. He leads faculty workshops and is available for presentations and consultations for schools and organizations.
